Extra duty baffle filters have been specifically designed for busy kitchens were a more robust filter is required to stand the stresses and strains of excessive use.

These filters are handmade using 1 mm thick 430 grade stainless steel complete with a dull polished finish. All edges are safety edged for safe handling and all are a welded construction to ensure they can stand the rigours of life in a commercial kitchen.

How To Clean Your Filter

Filters must be cleaned using suggested detergent media.
A non corrosive detergent must be used to clean filters. A similar product to washing up liquid may be found to be sufficient for the removal of light grease deposits. For heavy deposits of grease, a stronger detergent is required. Alternatively these filters can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
